RULES AND INFORMATIONS

The rules set by VGL eSports in collaboration with HFP Greece are intended to maintain competitive quality and level on social media. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in penalties listed in the regulations book or to exclude players and members from social media and the tournaments held by the company.

CHAPTER 2: COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS

2.1. SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS / REPORTING AGAINST THE RULES

To file a complaint or complaint against the regulations, use the Ticket System provided by VGL and then select the appropriate section to submit your report. Inform the tournament administrators IMMEDIATELY, via Discord or Social Media.

In case of a rule violation, the following procedures should be followed in order for the report to be considered valid:


a) When any rule is violated before the start of the match:
Under no circumstances should the match start. Make sure you have received videos or photos as evidence of the offense. Then log out and submit the report via Ticket System to the Website and notify a league staff member IMMEDIATELY via Discord or Social Media.

b) When any rule is violated during the match:
Record the violation, complete the match, submit the report via Ticket System to the Website and notify a member of the league staff IMMEDIATELY via Discord or Social Media within 2 hours of the end of the match. After 2 hours the report is NOT considered valid.

The data of the violation must be sent ONLY by the coach of the team to the people in charge of the league and NOT to the opposing team.

Decisions are made only by those in charge of the event and not by the teams. In no case do the teams have the right to decide to restart the match. In this case both teams are punished by deducting points.

CHAPTER 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1. Terms and Conditions of Team Participation

3.1.1 CONDITIONS FOR TEAM PARTICIPATION

For the possibility of participation of official sports clubs, companies in the championships, the teams must sign a contract for the terms and conditions with the organizing authority.

For the possibility of participating in the championship the owner of the team must agree with the terms and conditions of the organizing authority and agree with the rules and methodology of the championship.

All teams must have an Official channel on the Youtube platform where they will record the statistics and the live broadcasts of the games will take place.

All teams must be able to broadcast the match live on the Youtube platform in a minimum resolution of 720p for the program of the live broadcasts of the championship based on the program.

3.1.2 GROUP PARTICIPATION SUBSCRIPTION

a) First category
The basic group entrance package in the first category costs 102 € and contains the following

  • Entry of the team in the professional championship (6 €)
  • Coach card (6 €)
  • 15 player cards (15 * 6 € = 90 €)

* If the team wants 20 players in its roster has the right to upgrade a package to add five (5) player cards (5 * 6 € = 30 €)

 3.1.3 NUMERICAL PLAYER LIMIT FOR TEAM ROSTERS

  • Each team must have at least eleven (11) players registered in its Roster to participate in the league, the maximum number of players in a Roster team is twenty (20) +1 coach / player.

  • If a team has a full Roster and wants to add a new player, it must leave a free agent to the Free agent, which is ONLY allowed during the mid-season transfer window to make room for the Roster.

  • The addition of new players if the player is NOT registered in another team is allowed throughout the season except for the last ten (10) games.

3.1.4 CONDITIONS PLAYERS PARTICIPATION

  • The event concerns exclusively 11v11 teams with players that have been created in BAL (Become A Legend) mode and according to the rules of player creation.

  • ONLY players registered on the VGL Website who have been invited and are members of the Roster of a team can participate in a match of the season.

  • Each player is entitled to have one(1) officially registered account and to compete with his own personal PSN ID.

  • It is strictly forbidden for players to play with second or other player accounts. In this case the player, the team and the coach are punished with exclusion from the season or permanent exclusion from the event after the examination of the case and the evidence by the managers of the league.

  • Team leaders must check with BANLIST if players wishing to join the Roster have the right to participate or a penalty pending from the tournament.

  • Each user can create three (3) players + one (1) goalkeeper. With each player being able to know and used at one (1) position only without having learned or starting to learn another. Each player must be unique. BAL data transfer between users is forbidden.

  • Goalkeeper position is free for every user regardless of the two three (3) players per user

  • Each team through its coach is obliged to send the cards of the created players per user before the expiration of the deadline to be given by the organizing Authority

  • The communication for the conduct of the games will be done through the official discord server of the championship

  • All participants must install the official patch of the event as created by the HFP - Editin Team and otherwise at least the coaches, leaders and individuals who will perform the live broadcast.

  • Each team can use players who belong to its roster while each user can only use one of his three (3) created players or one (1) goalkeeper. In case the above is not observed, the team loses without a match with 3-0 while a point is deducted.

3.1.5 SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • The team is obliged to have a presence on social media (Social media), to promote and publish about the course of the team but also the event with specific reports and virtual material (Tag / Hashtag / Logos) defined by the tournament Guidelines .

3.1.6 LOGOS AND NAMES OF PROFESSIONALS TEAMS

  • Only in the case of a contract with the organizing authority is the use of logos and names of professional teams, sports clubs and companies allowed.

  • Amateur teams are required to use their own logos and names to participate in the tournament.

3.2.2 Terms and conditions of a player contract

  • By accepting an invitation to a team roster the player agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract.

  • In case the player is acquired in the transfer window in the middle of the season, his contract expires in the middle of next season.

3.2.3 Add free player (Free Agend)

  • In case the coach wants to add a new player to the roster of the team where he does not have a contract with a VGL team in the specific season (Free Agent), he is allowed throughout the season except for the last 10 games and if there is free space in Roster.

* After creating the eSport profile of the player on the website, the Coach must complete this action and the player must confirm in his personal profile.

 

3.2.4 Breaking a contract / Releasing a player

  • A "break" contract can be released before the start of the season or in the middle of the season during transfers lasting 10 days by the coach, dropping the value of the player to 2/3.

 

3.2.5 Player transfer

  • The coach has the right to transfer players before the start of the season or in the transfer period of 10 days if the 2 Managers and the player agree, thus maintaining the value of the player as it is.

* In case of a player contract (private contract) with the team, the agreed terms are observed by the organizing authority VGL eSports regarding the duration of the contract.

CHAPTER 4: SCHEDULE RULES AND PENALTIES

4.1. Season Games Schedule

4.1.1 EUROPEAN GROUP SCHEDULE
Teams must be in "Lobby" ready 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the match.

Monday 21:30 CET to 23:00 CET (Championship match)

Thursday 21:30 CET to 23:00 CET (European Championships) (Future Plan)

Friday 21:30 CET to 23:00 CET (Championship or Cup match)

* VGL eSports and HFP Greece 'have the right to add double matches obligations for the teams

4.2. Rules of the Match/ Penalties

4.2.1 CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN A MATCH

  • Eight (8) players is the minimum to start the match (Golakeeper is Mandatory).

  • In case the team does not complete the minimum number of players (8), a 3-0 defeat is secured and one (1) point is deducted from the general score.

  • Six (6) players is the minimum limit in case of disconnection to continue the match.

  • In case of disconnection, the minimum participation of players is set at six (6) of which one is the goalkeeper.

E.g. no right is given to a 10 minute game that has been completed to play an additional 5 minute match. The coaches of the teams are responsible for the observance of the above.

  1. The squad and the way a team plays depends on the coach of the team. All custom formations are allowed. Changes of positions and formations can be used at any time during a match.

  2. In case of goalkeeper disconnection the match is repeated from the same minute to the same score unless the team after the goalkeeper was disconnected had less than six (6) players. The coach is responsible for informing the players not to be disconnected due to inactivity. In case of a second disconnection of a goalkeeper of the same team in the same match, the team loses 3-0. If there is a dismissal of a player or players with a red card and the goalkeeper is disconnected, then during the replay of the match the team must deliberately accept the specific dismissals of players before the end of the restart minute if possible, while the goals must be scored by the players who had scored and in turn achieved.

  3. Holding the ball and wasting time is not allowed under any circumstances.

4.3. Rules for creating a player

4.3.1 Terms of creating a player

  • Maximum Overall Player Rating: 85 in the position he knows.

CHAPTER 5: STATISTICS

5.1. Statistics

5.1.1 RECORDING OF STATISTICS

The teams of the league must establish an official channel on Youtube where they will record the statistics and the live broadcasts of the games will take place.

The league statistics team has the responsibility to record player and team statistics via video statistics.

The coaches of the teams must check the recording of statistics and notify the competent department in case of absence or error.

 

CAUTION
Coaches must check the names of their Roster players throughout the season.

The Player's name of the user in PES must be the user's Last name or First name or both D.DIMITRIOU or DIMITRIOS D. or DIMITIOS DIMITRIOU | (in capitals) and must be the same as the jersey name has stated on his official VGL profile.

We use the player's name to add statistics to the user. In case the user changes his player's name he must inform the administrators otherwise he loses his statistics.

5.1.2 COACH RESPONSIBILITY

  • Record player and team statistics on YouTube videos.

5.3. Player value bonus

5.3.2 PLAYER VALUE FALL

6.1.2 Teams play at home and away with each opponent based on the official program of the league.

6.1.3 The teams that finish in the four (4) highest positions of the standings advance to the Knock out phase of the league.

6.1.4 The method of distribution of pairs in the Knock out phase of the Championship is done with the method "cross" depending on the ranking of the teams in the standings.

  • 1st A group with 4th B group
  • 2nd A group with 3rd B group
  • 3rd A group with 2nd B group
  • 4th A group with 1st B group
6.2. HFP Legendary CUP Cup Methodology

6.2.1 The method of distribution of the teams in the groups of the cup is done through a public draw in the official channel of the organization.

6.2.2 The teams are divided into four (4) mixed groups by European and Greek Group of the championship

6.2.3 Teams play at home and away with each opponent based on the official program of the cup.

6.2.4 The teams that finish in the two highest positions of the standings advance to the Knock out phase.

6.2.5 The method of distribution of pairs in the Knock out phase of the Cup is done with the method "cross" depending on the ranking of the scoreboard of the Cup in the groups 

  • 1st A group with 2nd B group
  • 2nd A group with 1st B group
  • 1st C group with 2nd D group
  • 2nd C group with 1st D group
6.3. Goal Difference

In case of a tie between the teams in the standings either in a Championship or in a Cup, the ranking is determined based on the following conditions:

6.3.1 The difference of goals between the teams that are equal in the scoreboard in the matches between them.

6.3.2 If the goals are equal then the total difference of goals in defense and attack is measured.

6.3.3 If the total goal difference is equal then the team with the best attack is counted (More goals).

6.4. Private contracts

6.4.1 The private agreements (Contracts) between teams and players are followed by the organizing authority VGL ESPORTS as long as the team or the player submits them to VGL always respecting the personal data.

 
 
 

WARNING BOOK

VGL eSports and HFP - PES Greece have created an electronic warning book for specific delinquent actions of teams and players to which there is common access.

This e-book records the actions of teams and players against the rules of the league with a detailed description after checking evidence.

  • Teams in case of recording three (3) warnings receive a penalty of deducting one (-1) point from the scoreboard.

  • Players in case of recording two (2) warnings receive an exclusion penalty for the next 2 games in the current season.

* VGL eSports and HFP - PES Greece have every right to make a decision based on the criticality of the match and to punish teams directly with a penalty and defeat without recording a warning.
Example: A match that judges any qualification

* VGL eSports and HFP - PES Greece have every right to exclude a team or player from any event in case they repeat offenses by themselves and negatively affect the company and the conduct of the tournament.

LIVESTREAM GUIDELINES

LIVE BROADCAST OF THE MATCHES

Teams must have an official channel on the Youtube platform where there will be the possibility of live broadcast of the games based on the official program of the broadcasts.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. At least one hour before the match you send the 11 teams to the #live_broadcast (Discord Server) channel with a photo exactly like in the example (colors, size, player names)

  2. Both teams must broadcast the match live.

  3. Once you open Stream you must select unlisted from the computer (not private but unlisted)

  4. In the sound settings in PES you have to mute the Commentator and the music and turn up the pitch to the maximum.

  5. In the PES settings you choose to show the player's name and NOT the PSN ID in the match

  6. Immediately after the end of the race you must show the Highlights and then the statistics.

 

EXAMPLE 11th group:

MARKETING GUIDELINES

MARKETING GUIDELINES

Teams are required to have an active presence on social media, to promote and publish posts about the progress of the team and the organization with virtual material and specific reports (Tag / Hashtag / Logos) defined by the organization in the Marketing Guidelines of championships.

 

GUIDE

  1. Posts on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) 3-4 hours before the start of each match. 

  2. Each post should include the hashtag #VGL, VGLesports #HFP #HFP_Community # (tournament name)

  3. When there is a reference to VGL and HFP - PES Greece in the post, mention / tag @VGL, @HFP - PES Greece

  4. Posts should not have more than 6 - 7 hashtags.

  5. If a group is promoting a "boost" post, it would be good to inform VGL to promote them.

  6. The teams must interact with each other and with the Organizing Authority through notifications, mentions, hashtags
